How do I update my email address or mobile number?

You'll need a card reader to update your email address and mobile phone number in  Anytime Internet Banking.

Don't have a card reader? You can order one in {$EBANKING}}.

Updating your email address

  1. In Anytime Internet Banking, select 'Your details' and then 'Update email address'
  2. Type in your new email address into the 'New email address' box. Then retype it in the 'Confirm email address' box. 
  3. Make sure your email address is correct, then authorise the change using your card reader.

Updating your mobile number

  1. In Anytime Internet Banking, select 'your details' and then 'Update mobile phone number'
  2. Type in your new number into the 'New mobile number' box. Then retype it in the 'Repeat new mobile number' box. 
  3. Make sure your number and country code are correct, then authorise the change using your card reader.

Please note, once you have changed your mobile number and you register for mobile banking app. As a security measure you will have to wait 3 full calendar days (starting from the next day) before you can request your mobile banking activation code. During this time, you will not be able to access the mobile banking app, however you are still able to use Anytime Internet Banking.
