How do I set up alerts?

To set up alerts on your account:

  1. Log into Anytime Internet Banking at (opens in a new window)
  2. From the main menu select the 'Alerts' option.
  3. From the 'Alerts' page select the 'Manage alerts' button
  4. You will then be able to view and amend the alerts on your account.

If you cannot see a 'Manage alerts' button you will need to provide us with your email address and/or your mobile phone number.

Please note: If you have provided us with a valid ROI mobile number then you will automatically receive Activity Alerts.

Text alerts are currently not available on business accounts.
