How do I set up Alerts?

To set up Alerts on your account simply log into Anytime Internet Banking and from the main menu select the 'Alerts' option.

From the 'Alerts' page click on the 'Manage alerts' button you will then be able to view and amend the alerts on your account.

If you cannot see a 'Manage alerts' button you will need to provide us with your email address and/or your mobile phone number.

Please note - If you have provided us with a valid ROI mobile number then you will automatically receive Activity Alerts.

You can also register for or amend your Alerts using Telephone Banking or by visiting one of our branches.

Text Alerts are currently not available on Business Accounts.
