How do I get the mobile banking app?

Our mobile app is available to Ulster Bank customers aged over 11, with Anytime Internet Banking and a Republic of Ireland mobile or international number in specific countries. These include Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Malta, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.

The mobile app is available on iPhone and Android

The app is also available on certain tablet devices.

How to register for the app

To download the app you can either search for 'Ulster Bank' in your app store or visit ulsterbank.ie/mobile (opens in a new window) and select 'Get the app'. You will need to enter your mobile number and select what type of phone you have so that we can send you a link.

Registering for the mobile app takes minutes and you need to be set up for Anytime Internet Banking. When you sign up for this, you will get a customer number which is your date of birth (DDMMYY) followed by 4 digits.
