Can I use the alerts service?

Only personal current account and most savings account customers are eligible for alerts.

You must be aged over 11 and have a valid ROI mobile number and/or email address.

When you manage your alerts from the 'Alerts' section within Anytime Internet Banking only accounts that can support the alerts service will be shown.

You can also manage your alerts using telephone banking or by visiting one of our branches.

Text alerts are currently not available on business accounts.
