How do I update my email address or mobile number?

Having accessed your Anytime Internet Banking service you can find the options to change your email address or mobile phone number in the 'Your details' section.

Changing your email address
Select 'Your details' from the left hand menu.
Then under the 'Amend personal details' section click on 'Update email address'.
Changing your email address is a 3 step process and you do not require a card-reader to complete the change.

As a security precaution we will send you an email to your old and new email address confirming change of your email address in our records.

Changing your mobile phone number
Select 'Your details' from the left hand menu.
Then under the 'Amend personal details' section click on 'Update mobile phone number'.
Changing your mobile phone number is a 3 step process and you will require a card-reader to complete the change.
