Please check that you're entering the correct PIN for the card you're using in the card reader. This is the PIN you would use at a cash machine.

If you've entered your PIN incorrectly too many times, the card will be locked and unable to be used in the card reader. 

To unlock the PIN for an Anytime Internet Banking card, contact the Anytime Internet Banking helpdesk and request a new card and PIN to use with your card reader. 

If you're using a debit card with the card reader you can unlock the PIN by using any of our cash machines and choosing 'PIN services'.

If it still doesn't work after updating your PIN it could be that your card reader is locked. If that's the case, please contact us.
