To ensure our Anytime Internet Banking service functions as designed we currently operate a browser policy whereby each browser is thoroughly tested with our site before being added to our supported browser list. The browsers currently supported are listed in our system requirements.

Anytime Internet Banking checks your browsers user agent string and if the browser you're using is not on our list of supported browsers then you will get the following message:

'The Internet browser you are using is not supported by Anytime Internet Banking.'

You will need to use a supported browser listed in our system requirements in order to access our website.

It is possible to amend a browsers user agent string in order to trick our site into believing an unsupported browser is supported. However we would not recommend you do this as we cannot offer any support should you encounter problems.
