I am unable to print my statement

You can print any page simply by using your web browsers print functionality.

Should you experience problems printing with the browser you are using, the following suggestions may help.

Internet Explorer

If when printing your statement, only one page prints which does not include all the transactions, try the following:

  • Select File > Print Preview. Ensure the second drop down menu is set to 'Only the selected frame'. Then print.

Google Chrome

If you're trying to print a statement using Google Chrome but only the top banner image is printed, try the following:

  • Highlight (drag mouse over while holding down mouse button) any of the text on the page. With the text highlighted, try printing again.
  • Another suggestion is to press Ctrl + A, followed by Ctrl + P, then print.

Firefox

If when printing your statement, only one page prints which does not include all the transactions or the print is blank, try the following:

  • Select File > Print. Then in the print frames section make sure 'The selected frame' option is selected. Then click OK.
