How do I change or amend my text alert and email alert preferences?

You can change or amend your Alert preferences any time you like using Anytime Internet Banking:

  1. Log in to Anytime Internet Banking at www.ulsterbankanytimebanking.ie (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Alerts' from the main menu
  3. From the 'Alerts' page select 'Manage alerts'
  4. Select the account you wish to amend the Alert settings on
  5. Select 'Amend these alert settings'

Please note: You may need your card-reader to confirm certain changes to your Alert preferences.

You can also manage your Alerts using telephone banking or by visiting one of our branches.
