What if I don't want a contactless card?

While the contactless card is our most advanced debit card yet we understand not everyone will want it. If you contact us we will be happy to talk to you about opting out of having a contactless card.

Please note the alternative type of debit card has slightly reduced functionality as it cannot be used at card-readers that don't connect to the bank's systems. These readers are not common - examples include unattended petrol pumps and some readers on trains or aeroplanes.
