I have downloaded the iPad app and now the app on my phone has stopped working. How do I fix this?

If you have different operating systems on your phone and iPad (such as an Android phone) then you are not able to have the app on both unless they use different mobile numbers. You will need to delete the app off the device you no longer want to use.

If you have an iPhone, simply reinstall the app and register on your iPhone.

Once this is completed then download the app on your iPad and when we recognise your number, please choose the option - 'Existing user I'm installing the app on a new device, or re-installing on the same device or installing a different branded app'.

Then use the same passcode you use for your other app. You will then have instant access to the iPad app.
