How do I manage my marketing preferences?

We use your marketing preferences to ensure you can hear about products and services we think you might like, in a way that suits you.

We won't bombard you and we'll never share your data with anyone for their marketing purposes. Don’t worry we'll still tell you about important changes or updates on your account.

You can choose how you would like to hear from us by editing these preferences in the mobile app or via Anytime Internet Banking.

Using your mobile app

App available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

  1. Log in to the app
  2. Tap on the 'profile' icon at the top right of the screen
  3. Select 'settings'
  4. Tap on Marketing preferences
  5. Choose how you'd like to hear from us by switching the toggles on and off. You can choose to switch on or off personalised offers for mobile prompts, text, email, post or telephone
  6. Submit your preferences, please note it can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect.

If you are a Credit Card customer please follow the above steps, however to change your preferences you will use our Message Us service and edit these preferences with a webchat agent.

If you are a business customer please visit branch to change your marketing preferences.

Using Anytime Internet Banking

Anytime Internet Banking available to customers aged 11+ with a Ulster Bank account

  1. Log in to your Anytime Internet Banking
  2. Select 'Your details' from the left hand menu
  3. Select 'Set your marketing preferences' underneath marketing preferences
  4. Choose how you'd like to hear from us by switching the toggles on and off. You can choose to switch on or off personalised offers for Anytime Internet Banking, text, email, post or telephone
  5. Submit your preferences, please note it can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect

For Business and Credit Card customers:

  1. Log in to your Anytime Internet Banking
  2. Select 'Your details' from the left hand menu
  3. Select 'Set your marketing preferences' underneath marketing preferences
  4. You can choose to switch on or off personalised offers for Anytime Internet Banking by clicking the toggle on or off
  5. Submit your preferences, please note it can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect
