Some of my accounts are missing from the Mobile app. Why can't I see them?

If you have an account in your name missing from your mobile app but you can see it within Anytime Internet Banking, please contact our mobile banking helpdesk.

If you would like to view your business account in the Mobile Banking App please follow the instructions below:

  1. Tap the profile icon found in the top right hand corner of the app
  2. Select the option to add a business
  3. Please enter in the name of your business followed by the Customer Number
  4. Select next and your business account will be added to the app
