What is DigiDocs?

DigiDocs is a secure online platform which may be used by customers opening a new account to upload all their supporting documents and/or to e-sign their application.

Customers who are invited to use DigiDocs will receive an email (from email address and a text outlining next steps.

If you upload your account opening documents and/or e-sign your application via DigiDocs, you will not be required to complete or return the account opening pack received in the post (unless you are asked to do so).

Customers who provide identity & address verification via DigiDocs will be asked to sign and upload a Proof of Address letter. This is a separate letter which is sent via post to the customers address.
