Once you have requested to unblock on your mobile app you will need to visit a Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest, Ulster Bank or Tesco ATM to complete the unblock process and will then be able to use your credit card straight away.

Select PIN services at the ATM to unblock PIN, when the screen states "Have you contacted customer service" please select yes as this was conducted through your app.
