How do I update my mobile app?

You should visit the relevant store, depending on the device you use, to update to the latest version to continue use of our mobile app.

Why have I received a notification?

You may have received a notification because you are using:

  • An older version of the mobile app that you will no longer be able to use
  • Our app on an Apple watch that you will no longer be able to use

Why are you updating the app?

We are constantly adding new features to our app and encourage you to update to the latest version in order to enjoy all the benefits and make sure you are banking securely.

We have also seen a steady reduction in customers who use our app on Apple watch. As a result we will be decommissioning the app from Apple watch and some older versions of the app.

What should I do now?

You should visit the relevant store, depending on the device you use, to update to the latest version to continue use of our mobile app.

Apple watch users can continue to use our app on iPhone and iPad. Also please note, these changes do not affect Apple pay on your watch and you can continue to use this service.

Why can't I update my app?

If you can't find the latest version of the mobile app, this means your mobile device will not allow the latest version to be downloaded.

However, you can continue banking with us either online (opens in a new window), by telephone (opens in a new window) or in branch (opens in a new window).
