How do I cancel a cheque?

To cancel a cheque, you will need to contact us ensuring you have the relevant cheque details to hand (account details, cheque number and amount).

Please have your Customer Number and PIN ready as this will enable your call to be answered faster and more securely. These are the same details you use to log in to Anytime Internet Banking.

If you use our Mobile Banking App, you can also cancel your cheque book and order another on the go, by using our 'Message Us' feature. Simply select 'Help' when logged into the Mobile Banking App, and then tap 'Message Us' to get in touch.
