Where can I find my account number and sort code?

You can find your 8 digit account number and 6 digit sort code by logging in to Anytime Internet Banking.

  1. Log in to Anytime Internet Banking at www.ulsterbankanytimebanking.ie (opens in a new window)
  2. Your account number and sort code are shown on the 'Account summary' under 'Personal accounts'.

You can also find them on the following items:

  • Your cheque book
  • Your paying-in book
  • Your bank statement

If you know your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) you can see your 8 digit account number and 6 digit sort code contained within it.

For example, a standard IBAN might be ULSBIE2D98523412345678

  • The first 8 digits are your BIC code: ULSBIE2D
  • The middle 6 digits are your branch sort code: 985234
  • The last 8 digits are your account number: 12345678

If you have our mobile banking app you can also log in to view your account number or sort code.

You can also find your 6 digit sort code on your debit card.

You can visit any Ulster Bank branch with your debit card or photographic identification.
