I've received an unexpected text alert, what should I do?

If you have provided us with a valid ROI mobile number, then you will automatically receive activity alerts.

We'll send you an activity alert as confirmation whenever you:

  • create or amend a payee - either an individual or company
  • create or amend a standing order
  • update your address or telephone details
  • are issued with a new debit/cash card or PIN

If you have received an alert and you don't recognise the transaction or the activity on your account, please contact telephone banking immediately or visit your local branch.

The easiest way to check or make changes to your alert preferences is to visit the 'Alerts' section of Anytime Internet Banking - www.ulsterbankanytimebanking.ie (opens in a new window).

You can also manage your alerts using telephone banking or by visiting one of our branches.

Text alerts are currently not available on business accounts.
