I have not received a debit card, what should I do?

If you were expecting a new debit card it should normally arrive within the next 3 working days from when it was ordered. However, if your debit card has not arrived please call our telephone banking service using the same Security Details as Online Banking.

Please ensure you have allowed 3 working days for delivery.
