Why does it say 'service temporarily unavailable' when I am logging in?

  1. Check the details you have entered carefully (Customer Number, PIN and password) and try again.
  2. If you have recently registered for Anytime Internet Banking but not completed the process all the way to viewing your accounts (instant access) then repeating the registration process may work.
  3. You could try using an alternative Browser if available.
  4. If you are using Firefox try Firefox Safe mode (Start > Programs/All Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode) If this works then the issue is most likely caused by one of your Firefox add-ons. (commonly search toolbars).
  5. If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or above you can try no add-ons mode (Start > Programs/All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) If this works then the issue is most likely caused by one of your Internet Explorer add-ons. (commonly search toolbars).
  6. If none of the above helps resolve the issue please contact our Helpdesk.
