While we work to resolved this issue, you can make the payment online by following these steps:
- Delete the payee
- Select "Make payment/transfer"
- In the “To” section, select "Pay someone new"
If you are seeing this message when trying to make a payment to someone you have paid before, it may be because the payee has changed their account and the details are no longer valid.
