Once you are registered for Anytime Internet Banking you will be able to download and register for the Mobile Banking App.

Our Mobile App is available to Ulster Bank customers aged 11 or over and have a ROI mobile number or have an international number from the countries listed below:

United Kingdom, Spain, Gibraltar, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Poland, France, New Zealand, Belgium, South Africa, United States, Australia, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Denmark, Singapore, Hong Kong.

The Mobile App is available on iOS and Android devices via the App or Play store, alternatively you can text yourself a link to the app from our website. (opens in a new window)

Once downloaded you will need your Anytime Internet Banking details to hand:

  1. Click on "I'm already a customer" and then "Get started".
  2. Please accept our Terms & Conditions.
  3. Enter your Customer Number, followed by your partial PIN and password.
  4. Confirm your partially displayed mobile phone number.
  5. We will then send you an activation code by text message to the mobile phone number you confirmed. You may need to leave the app to view the text message with the activation code.
  6. Enter activation code.
  7. You will then be asked to create a passcode which you will need to log into the Mobile App.
  8. You're ready to start using the mobile banking app.
